Production Information:

We are proud to bring a variety of fashions as well as unique items that satisfy all ages of our customers. Everything we carry is a guaranty of quality and offered at the best possible price. Please bear in mind the following general information as a reference when shopping garment in our store.

  • SIZE:

  • Due to the SIZE convention used by different suppliers, the following sizes are applied to each individual Group.
    Baby Girls, Baby Boys ------- Use Months (ie. 6-12m or 12m 18m ...)
    Boys, Girls ------------------------ Use Numbers (ie.2,4,6,8,10,12,14)
    Women, Men --------------------- Use Sizes (ie. xs,s,m,l,xl .....)
    We will make a clarification if SIZE is running small or if it does not follow the reference noted above.

  • STYLE:

  • Some Chinese style clothes may have slightly different design from time to time.
    Please email us if you'd like to have the exact style as shown on the web.

  • COLOR:

  • Due to the nature of different PCs and Workstation, we believe that the color you see should be at least 80% to 90% of the real item color.

  • Care:

  • Most of Chinese dresses are made very delicately. We strongly suggest that Dry Clean is the best way to take care these type of clothes.


  • There will be about 7% shrinkage for the Cotton Blend or 100% Cotton items.

    Please feel free to Email us if you are not sure about the size to choose, if you need to know more details about our items, or if you have any suggestions regarding our store. Our goal is to have a 100% satisfied customer before we ship your product. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.

    International Orders:
    We'll only take Western Union Money Transfers ($US) for international orders. Our automated S&H Charge system is not designed for orders from outside the United States.
    Please send us an email to get your S&H charge information. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    Shipping & Handling:

    We usually ship out orders in two to three days (not including Saturday and Sunday).

    Note: The time frame for delivery of Larger Orders will vary. Please contact us about the availability before placing any large order.:

  • Carrier:

  • General speaking, USPS (United States Postal Services) is our main business carrier. For large orders, we may send the order to customer's designated shipping account.
  • Shipping Methods

  • We offer four ways for Shipping:
    1. First Class Mail: (Up to 10 oz only, 3 to 7 business days once shipped)
    2. Ground Mail: (USPS Postal Post - Up to 50 lb., 3 to 10 business days once shipped)
    3. Priority Mail: (Up to 50 lb., 2 to 3 business days once shipped)

    Note: You may use our automated system to find out the S&H charges by adding the item or items to the Shopping Cart and then click the "View Shipping Rates" link to continue.

    Only California State resdients will be charged a sales tax.

    Payment & Ordering:
    Credit Cards: We accept Visa and MasterCard
    Other Payments: We accept PayPal, Money Order, Western Union Money Transfer as well as Personal Checks.
    (A Check must be cleared befor we can ship out you order)

    Out of stock & Backorders:
    If any items are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of the shipping date via email. We will follow your instructions about such orders.
    Backordered items are shipped as soon as they become available and there will be no additional shipping charges to you.

    We are using USPS (United States Postal Service) as our shipping agent. A Delivery Confirmation will be attached to each package and it'll be scanned by the mailman once the package is delivered.

    Note: USPS Delivery Confirmation works as the proof of delivery. It is customer's liability if the package is lost after been delivered by USPS.

    It is customer's responsibility to notice us of adding special services to the package at customer's own cost (such as purchasing additional Insurance or Signature Confirmation). You may state such a demand in the Comment Field text box at the end of our on-line purchase order form and we'll email you the cost of such additional service.

    It is also the customers responsibility to make sure every package arrives in perfect condition without any damage to any components. Make sure all seals remain intact before using them. If any seal on a perishible item is broken call us immediately. In cases of materials made of glass, please make sure they are unbroken before using them. If any glass is broken, do not use the product and call us immediately. Fashion Drive is not responsible or liable for any physical and/or material damage caused by our products. If anything seems out of place, do not use it. Rather, call us immediately.

    As far as our Apparel Products, it is customer's responsibility and we are not liable for altering or dying. However, you may ask for some fabric swatches for testing before production.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Please read the product's description carefully and email us if you have any question about the product before placing any order.

    One of the business goal for Fashion Drive is trying to have all orders shipped with the 100% satisfaction of our customers. But, if you are not happy with a product that you bought, please return it to us in an unused condition within 10 days after the date you received your order. We will send you a replacement or a refund.

    Note: No return or exchange will be accepted for food products and Sale Final items.

    Please email us first if you want to exchange or return an item.

    1. A 15% restock charge including credit card transaction fees will be imposed for any returns.
    2. Shipping will be charged for any exchanges or returns.
    3. We'll refund up to 70% at our discretion, if the return is after the above stated period.
    4. No return or exchange acceptable after the order has been delivered over a three months period.
    5. No return or exchange acceptable for any food products.
    6. No return or exchange acceptable for Sale Final items.

    If it was a mistake we made with your order, we will refund you the full amount including postage.

    Please use the Tracking Service for any package returned. Fashion Drive is not responsible for the loss of packages. Also please attach a note stating the problems with the items that you are returning; it will help us for future improvement. Thank you.
